(Read more) LETTER FROM THE OWNER, 2/19/2011 I will not leave the following: Refrigerator (In Kitchen) Washer Dryer Refrigerator (In Bar Area) Microwave (In Bar Area) Any of the yard antique yard ornaments, bird houses The sump pumps (2) were replaced and upgraded in approximately 2006 The furnace was replaced in approximately 2006 and the central air conditioning was installed at that same time The roof was taken down to the structure and replaced when we purchased the house, which was approximately 9 years ago The following were upgrades to the home by a licensed contractor from Spokane,Washington, approximately 5 years ago: All laminate flooring The jaccuzi tub and tile The bathroom off of the laudry room.... all new fixtures, including shower, toilet, link, mirror and flooring The plumbing for the laundry room was rerouted so it no longer ran on the exterior wall..... The plumbing was rerouted to an interior wall, eliminating the freezing of the water lines during cold temperatures All ceiling fans are new to the house, approximately 5 years ago The fireplace in the living room was plumbed for gas at the same time the new furnace was put in The area on the lower level was completed new and finished approximately 5 years ago.... could be a bedroom or family room or recreation room...
