Ricky Hughs is a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and lifelong lover of Cabo, music, the outdoors, and meaningful connection. Born in Sherman, Texas and raised in Fort Worth, he built a successful career as an engineer in the energy industry and founded three manufacturing companies, gaining deep experience working with, training, and helping people. After first visiting Cabo with his wife, Myrlene, around 2000, he returned year after year, drawn by the weather, the Sea of Cortez, the Pacific, the golf, the food, and, above all, the warmth of the people. When he retired in 2020, Cabo was the natural choice. Now settled in paradise, Ricky helps others discover the same sense of belonging, whether they are looking for a winter escape, a full-time home, or their own slice of paradise.
